Automatic Lug Capping Machine
Automatic lug capping machines are another name for twist
off cap capping devices. Automatic lug capping machines are used to cap glass
jars, pickle jars, and other similar containers. For the locking and sealing of
lug or twist off caps on glass jars for jam, sauce, pickles, chutney bottles,

The body and neck of the container are positioned below the
rotating head, where the sealing head performs flawlessly. The bottle moving on
the conveyor belt is fed into an in-feed star wheel, bringing the bottle below
the sealing head in the subsequent indexing part. Meanwhile, the rotating bottle
picks up a cap from the cap star wheel, which is received from the delivery
