is also used. The manual crown capping machine can handle bottles with a height
of 150 mm to 350 mm and a diameter of 170 mm or greater. Usually, these crown
capping machines can handle everything from capping 200 ml flavor-infused milk
bottles to big (1.5-liter) ketchup bottles and chemical reagent bottles with
diameters of up to 170 mm. The stainless steel die is filled with crown cork,
which is held in place by a magnet.
The crown is then fastened by physically pressing the handle
downward. The crowning die is made of stainless steel, whereas the manual crown
capping machine's primary parts are made of mild steel (SS-304). To guard
against wear, powder coating and nickel-chrome plating have been used on the
components. Drums and bottles are cap-secured using capping equipment.
